My name is Clarissa Laughlin, my husband Jared Laughlin and I are both Realtors with Homes of Idaho. We are a family owned and operated business here in the Treasure Valley.
Prior to our move to Idaho. I was a professional horse trainer; training horses at the national and world level, on the AQHA circuit with a very successful show team for over 15 years. I had the opportunity to run my training business and manage other equestrian facilities. During my path as a trainer I found a passion in the psychology of coaching others through success. I proceeded to get my Master in Social Work and became a licensed LCSW in California and Idaho, where I am an active therapist.
My journey with real estate started with buying my own home for the first time, which was definitely a process! There is so much information so fast it can be very overwhelming! My husband was my agent at the time and of course we found the best lenders and team that helped us to work towards our goals of being homeowners. We love to help first time homebuyers get into a home! It’s our dream to stop people from wasting money in renting and inventing in there self’s and future.
