Upon graduation, Bill attended Brevard College for Music for two years, and quickly decided (during his first Mardi Gras trip) to become an LSU Tiger!! Bill graduated from LSU in 1994 with a degree in business. After an attempt to launch a music career in Austin, TX, Bill moved back to Greenville, SC and opened a GNC Franchise partnership near Furman University. A year later, he opened a second GNC franchise in the new Cherrydale development. In 1998, Bill bought his first home in the historic district of downtown Greenville. Spearheading a total renovation, a passion for all things real estate began. Bill started in real estate by purchasing single-family investment properties.
