Julio Laguette was born in Texas, and moved to Chihuahua, Mexico as a young boy. Julio was raised speaking both English and Spanish with a strong emphasis on both Mexican and American cultures. To further his education, Julio moved back to the United States to attend Culver Military Academy and eventually graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso with a B.S. in Finance.
