Biography

Tim is a 25-year veteran of Long Island and NYC Real Estate.  Transacting over 2500 deals with close to One Billion dollars in sales from NYC to Montauk.  Tim was a leader in New Construction and conversion condominium projects - from 20 to 240 units - in a wide variety of neighborhoods, price points and market conditions.  New developments to include: 101 West 24th Street (The Chelsea Stratus), 225 East 34th Street (The Charleston), 76 Madison Avenue, 242 East 25th Street, 525 East 11th Street, 200 West 24th Street, 45 East 30th Street, and 254 Park Avenue South.“The lessons learned, and skills honed working for large institutional investors as their fiduciary was invaluable to me as a professional.  My job was to get the highest price that the market would pay for each unit.  Smart Marketing, a deep knowledge of the competition and an ability to effectively communicate and advise an owner is what gets homes sold. The same principals and skill that sell 200 units in a building are directly applicable to a home.  My old market was vertical, my new market is horizontal.”Tim has resided in Port Washington, New York since 2002, where he is involved in community outreach to provide for the needy. He has also coached both of his sons in baseball and basketball while volunteering for Port Youth Activities, an athletics organization for kids. He is a member of the Port Washington Yacht Club and avid Tennis player.
