Education and Training:
We obtained our Arizona Real Estate License in October 2006 from the Arizona School of Real Estate. Next to our clients our education is a priority in advancing my career. Attending HUD classes, GRI classes, Negotiation expert classes all in the interest to build lasting relationships and extensive knowledge to put my clients as ease.
Community and Professional Service:
I regularly volunteer at my local foodbank as well as I am a board member of WEST USA CARES. Serving in the community further deepens my commitment to give back and pay it forward. It allows me to be involved in my local community and keep in touch with the community in which I live. We sponsor a neighborhood Easter egg hunt and visit sick children at Banner Thunderbird hospital. We have helped over 2000 families in my real estate career find homes. My clients become part of my family, sharing personal experiences and continuing to keep in touch over the years.
Family and Personal Interest:
I am married to the love of my life for over 18 years. We have two grandchildren who have our heart and soul. We are proud parents to a fur baby named Chance, a 11 year old sharpei mix.
We have a passion for football, music and a reality TV obsession. Keeping in touch with local and national news is important as it keeps us grounded and able to have meaningful conversations. Feeding people is a joy of mine which I think comes from my Italian background. My parents always welcomed guests into our home with the love of good food.
We fell in love with real estate when we moved here 11 years ago. My agent had such a joy for helping people find their dream home it was infectious. We got our real estate license and never looked back. I have helped families needing to buy, sell or rent a home ranging from studio apartments to modest first time home buyers to upsizing to accommodate extended families. Residential home sales, Land, property management and rentals are a few areas I am able to help with.
