My passion in serving the needs of clients was visible to my mother who encouraged me to take a career in this industry. I followed her advice and practised real estate part time, while I managed and successfully took our Boat Building Company as EVP-CEO to actively sell to the international and government markets. But fate had to take it course. My mother proved herself right, when I was challenged to take a position as President and COO of Active Property Sales & Development Corporation and establish a new firm to sell exclusively its high end residential and golf course development. I had almost a thousand agents and brought its sales up to where it was needed and beyond. I also met my husband, the director of golf. He moved on to become the director of golf of another new residential and golf course development; and once again, I participated in the sales of its properties and was its top sales manager. In 1999, we moved to the US; my husband developed and operated a public golf course for the city and I started a new phase in my life, and had the following jobs:

I believe in giving back to the community. I am an avid volunteer and was appointed by the two past mayors of Jacksonville and the city councilmen to the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission as Commissioner and served for two maximum terms. I was also past President of the NE Florida Asian American Chamber of Commerce and was involved in the Asian American Mayorās Advisory Board, Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and am currently serving as Associate Director to the Jacksonville Area Golf Association. I occasionally help raise funds for various non-profit organizations to support their goals through golf tournaments. Yes, I like playing golf and I love boating the best.
It is interesting that my experiences seemed to help paved the way to a career in real estate. I have served in small, medium, large national and global companies as well as for profit, non-profit, family and private/public corporations in high level positions; helping me understand the needs of the various sectors of these industries. Successes in these companies did not quench the thirst to be of service to couples, families, individuals and companies, who are in need of real estate properties. I took my real estate license and practiced part time until 2015. After visiting my sick mother in the Philippines early this year, I came back with a burning desire to leave the corporate world and be a full time REALTOR.
