Hi my name is Tina Blackman and I am a member of the Butler Real Estate Team. I joined the Butler team in October of 2006 after completing a course as a Real Estate Associate. I work alongside my sister and best friend Debi Holcomb who has been with Butler Real Estate for 20+ years.
I come from a banking background where I worked for over 30 years in various departments of customer service. But most of my experience has been in the Lending Department of banking business. I've been a loan secretary. I've worked in the collection department and I have been a loan officer and branch manager.
After leaving the banking business I took my sisters advice and went back to school to get my Real Estate license where I have worked since 2006. I enjoy helping anyone looking to find just the right home here on Grand Lake area, whether it's a full time residence, a vacation home, lots to build that dream home or maybe even a place to start a new business. I am also a listing agent for those lake property owners that for one reason or another find themselves needing to sell their lake property. Whether they are upgrading to a larger home or leaving the Grand Lake area for a new chapter in their lives.
I was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma but I'm happy to call Grand Lake my home. My husband and I moved to Grand Lake in 1993 where we have raised two of our three sons. Both attended Ketchum Schools. Our oldest son has lived in Atlanta, GA for the last 20 years with our granddaughter and grandson and has worked for Delta Airlines since his move. My husband and I also own the Blue Water Bait and Tackle store in Disney and have enjoyed meeting folks from around the world and giving them the fishing tips of the day. It still amazes me every year all of the folks I have had the chance to meet and all the different places people travel from to come to Grand Lake and the surrounding lake towns. This also gives me the opportunity to meet new buyers and sellers in the market to buy or sell in Northeast Oklahoma.
