Biography

Kirk Williams Smith was born in Columbia, South Carolina, and educated in Colorado; he spent many years enjoying the Rocky Mountains and the beautiful Colorado landscape. In 2001 he made his way back home to South Carolina. After landing in Greenville, he enjoyed a twenty-year career in the Corporate Restaurant Industry. Starting as an entry-level employee, Kirk made his way to an operating partner of multiple franchise stores and the proprietor of two independent stores. During this enjoyable time in the industry, he developed a love for the community and the people of Greenville as well as out-of-towners. This sparked his interest in Real Estate and the desire to investigate the best areas of Greenville and Upstate South Carolina to call home. Kirk and his wife of nine years, Sarah, have three wonderful children Williams, Caroline, and Savannah. He is an active member of Price of Peace Church in Taylors, SC. He is the school's PTO treasurer. Sports, Live Music, Art, Theater, and Fellowship all play an active role in his life.
