Biography

Realty World Knox Realty Group (Realty World Knox), grew out of a thirty-year real estate journey that started when two agents worked together in a small local company called Realty World Cardinal Realty in the early 90s. The company owners, Dan Brown and Dot Miller, were instrumental in the path Terry and Andra took that led to today and the owner of Realty World Knox Realty Group.  Along the way, a family was raised, thousands of homes were sold, and Terry and Andra undertook multiple projects. A few stops along the way were at Coldwell Banker, Flat Fee Direct  ( a flat fee company we started ), Remax, and eventually, four years as owners of multiple offices of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise.  In the mid-1990s, TW Shortt Realty, one of the largest property management companies in Hardin County, was launched and still exists today as a stand-alone property management company with investors worldwide. That office is 320 Joan Ave, Elizabethtown, KY 42701, 270-769-2468, principal broker Kim Shortt. TW Shortt retired from the US Army in 1988 with worldwide service in Vietnam, Korea, and Germany.
