There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.I have been a Cheyenne real estate professional since 2006, and a 4th generation Wyomingite. I have extensive experience with residential and investment properties along with being a rental specialist. I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. I pride myself on being a full service agent by providing listing consultations, staging, professional photos, and facilitating contractors and movers.This client first philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients by providing quality service to out of state buyers and sellers.Not only do I have my finger on the pulse of the Cheyenne real estate market, I am also very involved in the community and in the wonderful activities the State of Wyoming has to offer. I am a supporter of the Cheyenne Animal Shelter, and have 3 wonderful rescue dogs. I enjoy skiing (snow and water), hiking, and scuba diving. I also relish in cheering on the University of Wyoming Cowboys to victory. I love to see other parts of the world and enjoy spending time in Hawaii and Arizona.
