I have been a leader in real estate for over the last 13 years.I am the Co-Author of the bestselling book entitled Power Principles for Success Volume 2, and have conveyed my proven sales leader process to thousands. I started as an independent Real Estate Company and grew it to over 3 offices, one office being of the top in market share, before selling out to spend more time with my family and our newly born daughter. Next to my family, I realize that my passion is truly to help people create the life they truly want. And with the cultivation of a team dedicated to this unique approach to business in mind, I launched Jacksonville Expert Home Advisers at Exit Real Estate Gallery. The original group became the number one team, according to the 2013 Wall Street Journal/Real Trends reports in Florida with 394 transactions. But I knew that even though we were number 1 in Florida, I was not living up to the vision I had for a top real estate team. So, I teamed up with National Association of Expert Advisors, ultimately rebuilding my team from the ground up. And today I have cultivated an amazingly powerful team of agents dedicated not only to an intrinsic sect of core values, but also committed to each client's complete satisfaction throughout the home buying or selling process. I graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Accounting and emphasis in Management Information Systems. My education, as well as Audit and Computer Consulting work, at a Deloitte and Computer Sciences Corporation was the perfect combination to lead two start-up real estate companies.
