Marlene Gonzalez possesses extensive sales experience spanning over 35 years in the local South Florida market and throughout Latin America. Throughout her career has developed successful sales teams in 2 separate industries exceeding gross sales projections year after year.

Her specialty and passion has always been commercial real estate. She has been recognized for her many accolades as a recipient of multi Chairman's Circle Awards, Vanguard Awards, Hall of Fame Member and most recently President's Elite Award of CANVAS Real Estate, which is bestowed upon only 1% of the nation's realtors. She holds the record to date of Top Listing Commercial Agent of 2006, where she secured 232 listings.

Marlene is detailed, focused and a proven motivator and is highly respected in the South Florida real estate community. She is known to be a tenacious professional who strives to deliver exceptional service to customers she represents.


Marlen Ybarz brings a world of knowledge spanning over 20 years in property management, office, office administration and accounting standards of portfolio properties. She single handedly managed the acquisition and disposition of multiple residential and commercial properties, including design, permitting, construction, marketing and leasing. She has negotiated lease terms for hundreds of portfolio properties with tenants, Realtors and attorneys on behalf of ownership.

Marlen has a keen eye for analyzing projects, implementing operational systems and monitoring performance results to achieve and exceed sales projections.

For the past six years, Marlen's focus has been entirely dedicated to serving the needs of local and international principals, investors and developers, while representing the interests of an elite client base earned during her career.
