My father and I attended real estate school together in the evenings while I was working full-time advising veterinarians in their practices. By 2004 I was selling houses and land in golf course communities. That experience gave me knowledge of all aspects of new construction sales.
In 2006 I transitioned into general residential sales. I immersed myself in all I could learn about the property resale market. This became my intentional path in real estate.
When the real estate market crashed in 2008, I found a new place to help homeowners through a short sale and foreclosure process. I was the preferred realtor for Bank of America and Wells Fargo as they worked through the default loans on their balance sheets.
Shortly after that I saw the need for a professional to assist tenants and landlords during uncertain times. I started and grew a property management business to a portfolio of 140 properties.
Today I am pleased to offer a full range of real estate services, which include buying, selling, property management and rental/lease options.
