In 1989, Mr. Lampman became the Pacific Northwest Marketing Director for RE/MAX. Under his direction, the division expanded from 25 offices with 250 agents, to 100 offices with 1,000 agents. RE/MAX Pacific Northwest was fifth worldwide for franchise sales in 1991.Inaugural winner of Idaho business 40/40 award From 1992 to 2004, Mr. Lampman started & owned a 5 office RE/MAX franchise, operating in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian and McCall, Idaho. After selling the business in 2004, Mr. Lampman formed Homes of Idaho, Inc., a two office real estate brokerage company, with offices in Nampa and New Meadows, Idaho as Designated Broker specializing in REOs, short sales and BPOs across nine counties in southern Idaho. Over his 30 years in the Real Estate industry he has closed more than $500,000,000 in sales and holds several professional designations, ABR, CRB, GRI, e-Pro as well as licenses in many states .
